Job Presentation

Job Summary

  • Record and maintain complaints on behalf of the Commission by:
    • Collecting relevant information
    • Assessing documents
    • Compiling facts
  • Answering telephone calls and advising complainants on relevant matters
  • Refer relevant matters to concerned authorities
  • Coordinate and facilitate the screening process
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation of complaints lodged
  • Receipt, handling and management of Exhibits
  • Maintain statistics by compiling and providing same to the relevant departments when required
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Law plus 4 years relevant work experience OR
  • A Level in Law plus 3 years relevant work experience OR
  • Diploma in Law plus 2 years relevant work experience.

Preferable Skills

  • Customer orientated
  • Conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to manipulate softwares
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and provide valuable contributions
