Follow up documentation requirements with local customers as well as overseas principles. Vet all export documents and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.  Scrutinize all shipping documents and coordinate with relevant parties.

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong computer skills (word, outlook, excel, database)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very Good writing skills (Report and minutes writing)
  • Documentation, record management and analytical skills
  • Ability to compile basic data
  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Teamwork: excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain effective working relations across the company

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Driving license is a must
  • Post-Secondary Certificate
  • Must be 18 years and above
  • Able to work odd hours
  • Experience in quick book is a plus
  • Health Travel Authorization/GOP is a plus
  • Asycuda is a plus
