Job Summary

The Director of Licensing Services will lead and oversee the Licensing Services Department within the Seychelles Licensing Authority. This strategic role is essential in unifying the Traffic and Trade Sections to streamline licensing processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote economic growth. The Director will focus on high-level strategic planning, integration of innovative digital solutions, and overarching customer service policies while fostering a collaborative environment across Mahe, Praslin, and La Digue.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3 years of progressive experience in business or public administration, quality assurance, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
