Looking for a dynamic, highly enthusiastic, energetic person with an entrepreneurial spirit to oversee Company’s entire Sales process and lead a team of Account Executives, Key Account Manager and Commercial Sale Agents to ensure that revenue objectives and customer growth targets are achieved year on year. Must have ability and know-how to set goals and quotas, build sales plan, assign sales territories, do sales projection, conduct analysis and profitability of accounts, provide accurate business performance reports, coach, mentor and develop Executives to exceed on targets.
The person will be involved in the development of relationships, the building of rapport with existing and potential clients and win-backs of customers. Commission incentives will be offered.
Job RequirementsQualification and Experience
- Degree level of education – preferably in Marketing/Business Studies
- Management Experience (minimum 5 years) preferable in a Sales, Account Management or Commercial
