Summary of Duties

To provide administrative support and cashiering services (Income) to the Port Management and Facilities Department. The position requires working knowledge of cash collection and banking procedures which will require basic mathematical skills and techniques. The ability to work under minimal supervision, use initiative and possess a positive attitude towards customers and teamwork is critical.

Job Requirements

Education (Special Knowledge) Qualifications/Experience

  • Certificate in General Management/Office Management

Or

  • IGCSE in Accounting or Mathematics at grade c or above.

Required Skills

  • Providing Administrative and Logistic Support to the Department
  • Cash handling, collection, banking
  • Data base management and daily reporting
  • The ability to work under minimal supervision
