Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify key opportunities to promote APEX’s products and services in local and regional markets.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor trends, analyze engagement, and grow the company’s online presence.

Advertising & Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Design and oversee promotional materials, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of the company’s website to ensure it is user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing.
  • Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and improve online visibility.

Graphic Design:

  • Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print campaigns.
  • Work on product catalogs, banners, and event branding materials.

Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to organize and promote tasting events, culinary experiences, and other promotional activities.

Market Analysis:

  • Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the food or wholesale industry.
  • Expertise in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong skills in website design, maintenance, and SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
