Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify key opportunities to promote APEX’s products and services in local and regional markets.
Social Media Management:
- Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor trends, analyze engagement, and grow the company’s online presence.
Advertising & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Design and oversee promotional materials, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Website Management:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of the company’s website to ensure it is user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing.
- Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and improve online visibility.
Graphic Design:
- Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print campaigns.
- Work on product catalogs, banners, and event branding materials.
Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize and promote tasting events, culinary experiences, and other promotional activities.
Market Analysis:
- Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the food or wholesale industry.
- Expertise in social media management and content creation.
- Strong skills in website design, maintenance, and SEO optimization.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
