Key Responsibilities
Quotations & Sales Support:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotations and provide necessary adjustments based on customer feedback.
- Assist in processing orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Customer Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and quotations.
- Monitor stock availability to align with customer orders and expectations.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on key customer accounts.
Language Skills:
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with customers and suppliers.
- Leverage additional language skills (if applicable) to enhance customer interactions and expand business opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Provide input on improving sales processes and customer service strategies.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
