Job offer: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Summary of Duties

The Deputy CEO is responsible for supporting the CEO in managing the organisation. This includes assisting with the formulation, development, and implementation of organisational strategies to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the organisation. The Deputy CEO plays a key role in overseeing various operational and strategic initiatives, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision and goals

Remuneration Package

Commensurate with the qualifications and experience.

Education (Special Knowledge) Qualifications/Experience

• BA/MBA in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations

OR

• BSc/MSc in Maritime Law or Marine-Related Science

OR

• BA/MA of Arts in Economics and Competitive Law

• Strong understanding of good governance practices
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
