Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding and Account Management:
    • Efficiently register and open new client accounts in the company’s systems.
    • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence checks to verify client information.
    • Perform ongoing client monitoring to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Transaction Processing:
    • Process and facilitate daily client withdrawals with precision and adherence to company protocols.
    • Settle deposits, withdrawals, and internal account transfers accurately and efficiently.
    • Monitor and verify all transactions, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Archive and manage essential documents, such as agreements, contracts, and confirmations, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Provide account statements to clients promptly upon request.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all client activities comply with regulatory requirements, focusing on AML and KYC obligations.
    • Collect updated KYC documentation from clients to maintain compliance with current regulations.
  • Customer Support:
    • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • General Administrative Duties:
    • Support management by performing additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute to the company’s overall efficiency.

    Job Requirements

     Experience:

    • A minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the Financial or Forex industry is preferred, but candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.

     Education:

    • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

     Skills and Competencies:

      • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
      • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, is highly desirable.
