Job offer: Chef De Partie

• Assist and support the Sous Chef in its tasks and daily operational duties
• In charge of specific preparations
• Ensure the respect of hygiene and legal standards
• Ensure the operating cycle of respective areas are running smoothly
• Supervise, participate and control the preparation based on directives provided
• Be informed and inform subordinates of the activity and events planned for the shifts coming up
• Check, participate and organise to the cleaning of the kitchen and storage rooms

Qualification

• Diploma in Food Preparation or relevant with at least 3 years experience in the position
• Strong Leadership and Organisation skills
• Knowledge of HACCP process
• Knowledge of the application of the standards of safety of a professional kitchen
• Good relationship and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills.

Experience

Proven track record of pre-opening experience in a hotel or a resort setting is mandatory.
