• Execute properly and quickly the instructions provided by respective Sous Chef /Chef de Partie
• Follow orders and deliveries
• Execute the Food preparations as per instructions provided
• Preparation of Mise-en-place as per instructions provided
• Ensure the cleanliness and the organisation of Kitchen area

Qualification

• Certificate in Food Preparation and Culinary Art with at least 2 years experience in the position.
• Good knowledge of the overall organization of a professional kitchen
• Good knowledge of the HACCP process
• Knowledge of the standards of safety of a professional kitchen
• Good knowledge of the culinary process and technique.
• Dynamic and attentive

Experience

Proven track record of pre-opening experience in a hotel or a resort setting is mandatory.
