Job offer: Commis 3

• Prepares preliminary preparations (peeling vegetables, reducing sauces, etc.) and simple dishes.
• Participates in maintaining the kitchen station and associated areas
• Gathers all necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes
• Slices meats and cold cuts
• Prepares stocks and sauces and monitors the cooking of dishes
• Performs end-of-service operations.
• Organises workstation by following the instructions of the supervisors
• Applies culinary basics.

Qualification

Certificate in Food Preparation or at least 2 years’ experience in the position.

Experience

Proven track record of pre-opening experience in a hotel or a resort setting is mandatory.
